Equity

We stand with our communities.

Ingenium is and always has been committed to equity for our learners and we are proud of our values and signature practices as we believe they reflect culturally responsive practices. However, we can do better. Our board of trustees has recently assembled a committee to study our current practices for alignment and to develop a policy to provide better clarity to our families and our staff about what equitable, culturally responsive teaching and learning looks like at Ingenium. We are excited about this work and look forward to sharing more as our journey progresses.

"Martin Luther King Jr once said, 'There comes a time when silence is betrayal' and Ingenium will not betray the communities that we serve by being silent during this time. We stand with our communities in stating that we want an end to Police Brutality and we believe that Black Lives Matter.”
