With nearly three decades of experience in public education, Bill has held roles from Teacher to Superintendent and was honored as the “National Educator of the Year” in 1998. He is dedicated to achieving exceptional learner outcomes, expanding school networks for charter organizations serving over 100,000 students, and mentoring future educational leaders to enhance school choice in underserved communities.
Arleta Albarran
Chief of Schools
Arleta Albarran is a seasoned educator and administrator with a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, who has progressed from teacher to Principal and now supports school operations and student success at Ingenium Schools. Her expertise in areas like transportation, nutrition, and safety, combined with her commitment to continuous improvement, fosters a supportive and empowering environment for both students and staff.
Melody Donnelly
Chief People Officer
California State Bar Licensed Attorney, serves as Ingenium Schools’ Chief People Officer, managing employee relations and compliance for approximately 150 staff members while contributing to strategic planning and policy development. Her diverse legal background and experience in charter school petitions and educational policy enable her to support the organization’s growth effectively, and she has been a speaker at national education conferences.
